What to Expect, Step by Step

Six stages carry you from your first call to ongoing care. Here is what happens at each one.

    You listen. We measure.

    Sit in a quiet booth and respond to sounds through headphones while we measure your hearing.

    Plain language, no rush.

    Receive your results explained in plain language, with time to ask every question you have.

    Begin the plan that fits your situation, whether that is a hearing aid, therapy, or a referral.

    The door stays open.

    Return for adjustments and check ins as your hearing, device, or therapy needs change over time.
